11/10! Hannah listened to all the issues I had with my hair and was so understanding about how scarred I was from my previous salon experience, where I'd had awful bleach job. She's so knowledgeable and got my hair exactly the lush, ashy balayage colour wanted - which isn't easy with Indian hair. I really felt so looked after, they constantly offered me refreshments - it was such a nice community vibe. And the head massage alone will keep me coming back! Thanks so much for helping me get my confidence back & loads of compliments about my hair :) Excuse the before pic - it was not a good time for pics! After pic is washed and styled by myself, which isn't easy but my hair health is SO much better now

I had an excellent experience with Hannah (hope I’ve spelled her name correctly). She is clearly very experienced and professional. I came in for a colour correction as my hair had multiple uneven tones, dark roots with greys, and orangey/yellow, overly light mid-lengths and ends. Hannah did a fantastic job covering all my greys, creating a rich dark brown base, and adding a full head of warm balayage highlights in shades of dark blonde/caramel. The colours blended beautifully and complemented my Asian/Indian complexion perfectly. The staff were all friendly, the salon was very clean, and the service from start to finish was excellent. This is now my go-to salon, and I would highly recommend Hannah and the team. 🌟
